What a smooth, easy move looks like
Updated 17 September 2026

A smooth move is mostly decided before the truck arrives. You are packed, the lift is booked, there is a park for a 28 m³ truck, and we already know the stairs. An easy move is the same thing from your side of the door: you are not managing the crew, they are managing the house.
Early arrival
Early arrival means we are there at the time on the booking, not “sometime in the morning”. If the building gave you a lift window, we aim to be in it. Call us if keys or settlement slip — standing on the footpath is what blows the hours.
Efficient staff, kind crew, polite staff
Efficient staff keep moving: room by room, labelled boxes into the right room, beds back together before we leave. A kind crew still stops for the fragile box and the question about where the table goes. Polite staff matter in apartments — they talk to the concierge, they do not block the stair for the whole building, they wipe their boots.
- One person walks the new house with you before anything comes off the truck.
- Furniture removal includes wrap, not just a carry.
- We check the rooms before we go. If something is in the wrong corner, we move it.
- Honest staff tell you on the day if access will run long, not after the invoice.
What you do so it stays easy
Pack the night before, or book packing in the quote process. Keep a bag of chargers, medication and kids’ things with you. Prepare the new house so the fridge is cold and the path is clear. That is the whole trick.

Common questions
What makes a house move smooth?
You are packed, the truck can park, the lift is booked, and the crew arrives at the booked time. We place furniture in the rooms you point to.
Do you arrive early?
We arrive at the time on the booking, ready for the lift window. If keys slip, call us so we are not waiting on the street.
